My Story
I was born in Eastern Europe but have lived in the Greater Los Angeles area since 1980.
By profession, I am a physician and a published author in American surgical literature. However, at no point in my life did I feel any literary inclinations. Writing sentences on paper or crafting a narrative on a computer screen for a public outside my profession was never considered in any of the six languages I vocalize. A potential nightmare? Absolutely!
So, how come the sudden directional change and fresh approach?
It was 2009; I was already a young 73 years old and a widower for well over a year when I sensed the yearning for some lustful bedroom games.
Making use of a sexplicit website, and by the luck of the draw, my life intersected with a God-sent, amazing, 42-year-old, drop-dead-gorgeous, sexiness-percolating lady only 31 springs younger than I. How much luckier could I be?
When this unusual, unbefitting age-gap loverhood-type relationship reached the unanticipated ten-year milestone, I decided, against my inborn instincts, to immortalize our unique love story in a book aptly titled Angeles Lust: An Improbable Love Affair.
However, I realized that a romantic, erotic tale may not be well-suited to the author's professional background, so I chose a pen name.
It was a difficult choice. My mother tongue and education were not in English. Besides, once the commitment was made, I had to learn to overcome the many challenges writers encounter to ensure a higher-quality narrative. Among such obstacles were episodes of lack of confidence, the dreaded writer’s block, and constant self-editing and re-editing of an already accepted text when revisited.
Four years after the book’s first publication, I added some original love letters and authentic photos to the first edition and renamed the new tome Ageless Desire: A Steep Age Gap Romantic Erotic Tale.
The Dorrance Publishing Company is printing it, which is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025.

I learned a long time ago that occasionally when it rains, it pours. Thus, while revising the book’s first edition, the conquered angst of book writing enabled me to consider scribbling another short narrative.
The novel would elaborate on the captivating ways I intersected with the three most significant women of my life. It would chronicle how I met my two wives and that very special, carnality-oozing lass I, already a septuagenarian, met on that sexplicit website. No doubt, I owe her an unusually beautiful old-age love affair and an unexpected sexual resurrection, a time when most men my age have given it up.
Amazon KDP will publish the new book Three Encounters of the Romantic Kind, which is also scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2025.
